Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
Are there any additional fees?
Your monthly subscription covers the platform. Additional costs you should be aware of:
- SMS messages: Billed through your Twilio account based on usage
- Payment processing: Standard Stripe fees (2.9% + 30ยข per transaction) plus a $1 platform fee
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but there are no cancellation fees.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can request an export of your data within 30 days of cancellation. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
