Welcome to EdDriving. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our driving school management platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using EdDriving ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

EdDriving provides a cloud-based driving school management platform that includes:

  • Fleet management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EdDriving SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Damages exceeding the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdDriving, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:
